We aim to inspire a future where architecture not only meets the needs of our clients but also contributes to the preservation of natural resources, fostering a balance between modern living and environmental stewardship.
OUR TEAM
The founder of Alvarez Arquitectos, José Manuel Álvarez, graduated with an architectural degree from Universidad Central de Costa Rica in 2005 and also has a degree in Construction from Universidad de Costa Rica in the year 2000. He was the winner of the 2004 design contest for the National Symphony Orchestra Auditorium and the winner of 2019 Architecture Property Awards single residence category. He has participated in many different architectural exhibitions and during his career, he has collaborated with many architectural firms around the world. He is currently pursuing a specialized degree in sustainable development.
