The single-level structure leverages its elevated position to frame views of the Pacific Ocean. A central corridor connects all spaces, leading to a courtyard with an infinity pool as the focal point.
The design employs columns and beams to frame the view within its design elements, highlighting the ocean backdrop. Natural materials — teak wood, bamboo ceilings, and stone cladding — enhance the interior. Large western eaves provide solar control while promoting natural ventilation. A prominent central window connects interior and exterior spaces while showcasing the ocean panorama.
